Here you will find information on how digital reading and writing can be made easier with free features and apps. In the menu, you can select the function you want help with. Next, select the phone, touchpad or operating system that you are using.
Are you using Samsung, Windows, Mac, or Acer? There are many different brands of computers and operating systems to choose from.

Convert your speech to text instead of typing.

Focus Better
Remove redundant information or use a virtual ruler on web pages.

Material Editing
Edit your study materials in such a way that they are suitable for you. You can add your own highlights to the text to support memorization.

Manage your time effectively to balance both your personal and professional life. By prioritising what truly matters, you can reduce stress and plan more efficiently. Procrastination is a common challenge, but with reflection and consistent practice, you can improve your time management skills. The following appointments can be booked (book your appointment in advance).
- Tuesdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. remotely with Teams or face-to-face meeting at Datero’s premises in Vaasa.
- On Thursdays from 16:00 to 17:00 p.m. remotely with Teams or face-to-face meeting at Datero’s grouproom in Vaasa.
You can get guidance on how to use the computer and smart devices to support reading and writing.

The English translations of the Datero’s Smart Tools Instructions above were made possible by the Talent Boost program, which is coordinated and funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Education and Culture. The program promotes work- and education-based immigration in Finland and aims to attract international talent to meet the country’s labor market needs. Through this program, an internship was established at Datero ry and these translations were completed by its interns.
