About Us

Datero has been an association since 1999 and the area of operation is Ostrobothnia. The members of the association are various disability and benefit organizations, public organizations, as well as the City of Vaasa and the municipality of Mustasaari.

Datero informs, educates and provides guidance on special pedagogical methods and assistive technology. You can also order an expert speaker from us.​

The funding for Datero comes mainly from Funding Centre for Social Welfare and Health Organisations (STEA) and the services are free of charge to the end users. ​

Datero also offers paid courses and trainings for professional staff.
